Who? 

Hi, I'm Mishy! I believe in all of my clients. I know that they contain all of their own answers within themselves. I am clear that my role is to provide a safe space where clients feel secure enough to venture inside themselves and face their own obstacles. 

 

My experience includes: 

  • 28 years working as a teacher both within the classroom and with children who have learning difficulties. 

  • Teacher of presence and certified life/anxiety coach.

  • I have studied anxiety, its impacts, and how the use of meditation can improve symptoms both psychologically and physiologically. I have written an extensive paper on this topic. 

  • Run my private well-being practice for 15 years. 

  • I am a certified meditation practitioner and I have practiced both privately and within high schools. 

  • Seen 100s of individuals for a wide range of stress-related issues.

I work in a very unique way. I create a space that is comforting, safe and non-judgemental. The space is a refuge where people feel truly comfortable to share their deepest, darkest thoughts. My coaching style assumes my clients are whole, complete, unique and capable individuals wanting to reach a goal. I work both face to face, and over zoom.
